For more information, please review the ELPA21 Kindergarten Screener FAQ and ELPA21 Screener Test Administration Manual under portal resources. Added January 25, 2021 E LPA21 Summative Tests and Participation Reports are Open ELPA21 Summative tests and participation reports are now open.The ELPA21 Summative test window ends on March 19, 2021 . To order paper, large print, and braille materials for Summative tests, please contact the AR ELPA21 Help Desk by March 12, 2021 . Please review the ELPA21 Summative Test Administration Manual and TA User Guide under portal resources for guidance on administering ELPA21 tests. It is strongly recommended that all Test Administrators administer the ELPA21 Practice Test to their students prior to administering the summative test so the Test Administrators and students can become familiar with the technology prior to summative test administration. Contact the A rkansas ELPA21 Help Desk if you encounter any issues administering ELPA21 tests. Added January 25, 2021 ELPA21 Summative Paper and Braille Materials to Arrive in Districts by January 11, 2021 Initial orders consisting of paper, large print, and braille materials for the ELPA21 Summative will arrive in districts by January 11, 2021 . This delivery will include materials ordered through the Help Desk by November 19, 2020 . An additional order window will open January 12, 202 1 where the Help Desk can intake new orders for the 2020-21 summative administration. If materials do not arrive by this date or there are any questions pertaining to materials delivery, please contact the Arkansas Help Desk . Added January 5, 2021 ELPA21 Summative Paper and Braille Materials to Arrive in Districts by January 11, 2021 Initial orders consisting of paper, large print, and braille materials for the ELPA21 Summative will arrive in districts by January 11, 2021 . This delivery will include materials ordered through the Help Desk by November 19, 2020 . An additional order window will open January 12, 2021 where the Help Desk can intake orders that were not submitted by the November 19, 2020 cut-off date. If materials do not arrive by these dates, please contact the AR Help Desk . Added January 4, 2021 Orders for Paper and Braille Summative Test Materials TIDE is now back online. Orders for paper, large print, and braille test materials for the ELPA21 Summative assessment must be placed through the Help Desk by November 19, 2020 to ensure delivery to districts prior to the start of the Summative test window. To place an order, please call the Arkansas Help Desk and provide the school/district and contact information as well as the product name and material quantity to be ordered.
